I brought my Jeep to Cape Coral Jeep and Chrysler to because my Service Tire Pressure System warning was on. My dash showed my left front tire wasn’t showing a pressure. After being charged a 148.00 dia because my Service Tire Pressure System warning was on. My dash showed my left front tire wasn’t showing a pressure. After being charged a 148.00 diagnostic charge for something I knew was wrong they attempted to repair it. I got my car back and left to go home . I went two miles and the warning came back on. They then said another sensor failed. They said it was repaired. I left again and got one mile down the road and the warning came on again. I brought right back . They then said the fourth sensor went bad and said they replaced it . ( supposedly) I left , went one mile down the road and the warning came in again. They they said that that the sensor monitor was bad and had to be replaced . I was given a loaner and asked to come back the next day so the sensor monitor could be replaced. The car was there all day and I had to call to see about the progress. When I called they said the wrong part was ordered and I had to come back when the right part came in. Two weeks later they called to bring the car in to be repaired. I was given a loaner and was told I would be called back. I had to call again and was told the new part was faulty!!!! I was then told that a new part had to be ordered and that the service department would confer with the Chrysler service to see how to repair it !! When I left I was told that I would receive a phone call when the new part was in and never got a call back. So in total I spent 6 trips, 468.00 and my warning is still on . I walked back to the service area and saw three mechanics on a golf cart riding around the shop. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Worst service department I’ve ever had to deal with. More

Room for improvement Although the salesperson was quite competent and actually knew the vehicle he was selling it took 5 hours in the dealership to buy a vehicle. Apparently 20+ sales people only have one printer, walk across the showroom constantly and wait at the printer for their documents. I even sarcastically mentioned that the salesman should be paid by the mile. At least half of the time could be spared with better organization of the process. Didn’t meet Jay contrary to the advertising. I appreciate the free car wash service offered. It’s done very conscientiously and professional. More
