I purchased a used truck and as part of the deal I was promised a back up camera. In writing. I was told I had an appointment at Sound Playground to have it installed. When I showed for the appointment they knew nothing about it. I called the salesman. I had the camera installed and paid for it. I was promised reimbursement. After many phone calls I have not been. I also decided I wanted to look into leasing a new truck. After several calls asking no one has returned my calls. Very disappointing. I can't recommend this dealership to anyone. It's a shame. More

I bought a new Jeep three weeks ago. There was a start/stop code on the display, they asked me to bring it back the next day. The next day another code popped up, I took the Jeep back they had it al start/stop code on the display, they asked me to bring it back the next day. The next day another code popped up, I took the Jeep back they had it all day I picked it up the next morning. I was headed back to Clewiston and the code popped up again. I called the service department to tell them. I left a voice mail of the code and asked them to call me back. I still haven’t heard from them. I went to get in my Jeep this morning and it wouldn’t start. I called the dealership and they said service department is closed. I asked them to have the salesman to call me because it’s a brand new Jeep. Still no word from anyone. I DO Not recommend buying anything from this dealership. More

I had my Jeep in 7 times to fix a Service Tire System warning and your service dept couldn’t do. I was charged 468.00 and the warning is still on. I was told that the tire sensors were changed in all fou warning and your service dept couldn’t do. I was charged 468.00 and the warning is still on. routine maintenance I had a number of routine maintenance things done on my truck. The appointment was scheduled for the day after I called, which is phenomenal. Everyone there was courteous and very professional. All the things I asked to have done were performed. Hannah, the advisor was super. The only thing I have a slight problem with, is I was offered a wash of my vehicle, which was, for the most part good, but there were quite a few "love bugs" still in place. . .but my windshield washer was broken as a result of my visit. Do not know if it was during the multi-point check, or the truck wash afterwards, but was only noticed the next day when it was actually raining and I had to turn them on. The one wiper is obviously snapped off on one side and flops during use. I will be back in, probably Monday, to see about a new wiper. Otherwise great service More
