vehicle was brought in for 2 items. Oil change, this was completed, thank you. 2nd issue: Steering concern. I was quite descriptive with Robert who scheduled my appt my concern (safety concern actually) completed, thank you. 2nd issue: Steering concern. I pick up my vehicle, leave your facility only to read my paperwork stating there is no problem with the steering. at this point, i'm upset. I called & spoek to Robert yesterday to express my disappointment and he remembered our initial conversation well. I was asked to speak with the service manager at which point i left a message yesterday and my call has not been retuned. Reading online, there is A LOT of content about a "TSB recall" involving replacement of steering box assembly. Recall or not, my vehicle takes extra effort to keep in its lane while highway driving; vehicle also veers at slower speeds as well, its just not as noticable. Both my wife and daughter will NOT highway drive this vehicle. I would like a call back to discuss this matter further with the result this matter WILL be addressed as it is a considerable safety concern. this is my 3rd Jeep wrangler, '08 sold, '14 rubi still own and this vehicle. i'm very much aware of what is acceptable steering and what is not.
