Awesomeness I had the privilege of working with Chris on July 1st and the evening 2 possibly purchase a used truck. Fortunately and unfortunately the following da I had the privilege of working with Chris on July 1st and the evening 2 possibly purchase a used truck. Fortunately and unfortunately the following day I work with Matt on the sales floor due to Chris was not in yet. Working with Matt I was able to settle on a 2006 Dodge 2500 from the used wholesale. My experience from the night before to the end of my sale on July 2nd was fantastic. They even took the liberty of working with me for the price they gave me a fantastic deal and making sure my vehicle is in full safety before it left their lot. Can't thank the team enough will definitely be looking to work with them again in the future. All goes well my wife's next vehicle will be coming from the same place. Thank you again for the awesome team and awesome help. More

Worst (car buying) experience of my life No issues with the salesman, Matthew Berkowitz. He seems like a honest guy. I looked at two different RAM pick-up trucks and chose one. My problem sta No issues with the salesman, Matthew Berkowitz. He seems like a honest guy. I looked at two different RAM pick-up trucks and chose one. My problem started when the new car manager, Martin, got involved. We had a difficult time coming to an agreement on price and trade, (I left the dealership twice). When we did come to an agreement and I came in to finalize the purchase, I found out the manager had been negotiating on the wrong vehicle. The vehicle he was running numbers on was over $600.00 more than the vehicle I was buying. It took far longer than expected to re due the paperwork which I did not see until I was in the finance managers office. I expected a lowering of the price due to the vehicle mix-up but it was unclear whether there was actually a price adjustment. I found out after closing that there had not been an adjustment. The finance manager, Jake, was given the wrong information by the new car manager concerning the names on the title so the paperwork had to be redone again. Jake was very high pressure concerning the purchase of an extended warranty even though I told him several times that I was not interested but he would not stop with the sales pitch. I was very frustrated at this point and wish have walked out of the dealership. After all paperwork was finalized I was told that I did not finance enough to qualify for the rebates I was about $4.00 short of the $7500.00 required finance amount. At this point Jack told me instead of redoing the paperwork a third time he would give me a service agreement that would cover the finance amount. I agreed and found out when I went over the paperwork at home that he had charged me $122.00 for the maintenance agreement he said he had given me. I have mentioned only two or three issues I had during this process. There were several more minor ones. When I was contacted by the salesman and internet sales after the purchase They told me that I would be contacted by a manager. That call has not come so I have my answer. I have purchased four vehicles in the last five years and probably 25 others in my lifetime. I have never had a car buying experience as bad as this one.I would not recommend this dealer to anyone I know and have had to opportunity to tell several friends about my experience here. More

If I want to get a spare tire,I have to pay over $400.00. Just not fair. More

It’s about an hour drive from my home to CC Jeep. And it’s 100 percent worth it! Dan Smith was extremely professional and courteous! Luckily, there was no issue but if there had been, I would’ve felt totally comfortable with his recommendations for my daughters Jeep! More
