After having been there a few times, Juan can often be found standing outside where we pull our vehicles in greeting customers and watching his employees and how they interact with the customers. I've met with Juan on a few occasions and he's a genuinely nice guy who seems to really care about his clientele. He has a very peaceable personality, is soft-spoken, and tends to very easily bring calm to whatever situation he's contending with. As a customer, it's easier for me to have faith in a dealership that has managers standing out on the service lines, overseeing employees, and doing his best to ensure good customer service. I can't ask for more from anyone so I'm completely satisfied with this dealership and the service I receive when taking my vehicle in. More

Would not recommend. The amount of judgement I received from the service advisor was disgusting. I get it. I have a lot of damage on my car from getting into an accident and backing into a mailbox made me from the service advisor was disgusting. I get it.
