Good inventory lots or RAMs to choose from, great sales person, Not happy with the Finance part of it. I pay for daily updates of my credit score and of course they had a much lower score. Recommend you get Pre-approve with another bank before shopping. I had issues like this in the past with other dealers, except for upscale dealerships, they don't play this game. More

THERE WAS THE JEEP CHEROKEE LATITUDE THAT WAS IN THE PRICE RANGE I WAS LOOKING FOR. AFTER A TEST DRIVE, I KNEW IT WAS THE ONE I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR AND WOULD BE HAPPY WITH. Dishonest and untrustworthy service tech Took car in for two recalls and power steering issues. I was told that that the cost of the diagnosis would be $125 and that it would take about 2hrs Took car in for two recalls and power steering issues. I was told that that the cost of the diagnosis would be $125 and that it would take about 2hrs and my appt was for 10:30am. I called Rhonda at 3pm because I didn’t hear from her. She complained that she had a busy day. Rhonda then went on to tell me that the steering pump and rack tested fine and the mechanic recommended to change the steering fluid with a flush for $150. I agreed and ask when it would be done. I was told it should be done by 7pm. I explained I had things to do and would come in early the next day. I came in at 8am and the car still wasn’t ready. I asked her what was going on and she said they were still working on it and it should be done by 9:30. I ask here again is the power steering good. She told me and my son yes they just need to finish flushing out the system. By around 10:30 I asked again where is my car. Rhonda walked back to the shop and came and just found out the pump was no good and that they weren’t going to charge me for the steering fluid because they were unable to flush the system. I should be refunded the $138 for the diagnosis they didn’t do until that morning and the complete waste of time I spent on waiting at your dealership. I plan on filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well. I suggest you hire people who have automobile and customer service experience for this job. More
