Scott Dolloff my service advisor listened, rode with me me and was very understanding of the issues no matter how small a couple of them were. He did a great job relaying my issues to the tech. All is perfect with my Wrangler. Thanks Scott. Also.... just one look at this service department compared to all the other Jeep dealers in the area... What great tech wouldn’t want to work there? I was shocked at the labor cost They had the truck in for just a little over 2 hours, which I thought would be around $350 labor. It was over $500. this was to change the lubrication They had the truck in for just a little over 2 hours, which I thought would be around $350 labor. It was over $500. this was to change the lubrication in the crankcase, differential and transfer case. it's not rocket science. it's removing some plugs draining or sucking the oil out and refilling. I had talked to 5 different people about getting a rough price and it wasn't until I talked to Brain that he said it was around $80 for an oil change. Talked to the garage back home they gave a price of $350 to perform the work, cape coral bill was $966. what bothers me the most is they don't give a honest price up front More

The sales guy Torey Newlan was absoulutly wonderful !! I went into the Jeep dealer just to check out the Jeep Compass and was very impressed with the way it drove and overall comfort and accessories it was I went into the Jeep dealer just to check out the Jeep Compass and was very impressed with the way it drove and overall comfort and accessories it was equipped with. The Sales guy Torey Newlan was very helpful showing all the different options the Compass came equipped with and was very knowledgeable of the Jeep Compass. I never felt pressured about buying the Compass that same day. When I made up my mind about purchasing the Jeep Compass Torey & George worked with me to meet a lower price I was offered at another dealership. The only disappointment was dealing with Raymond Burke (financial guy) even though I was paying cash for the Jeep Compass, I had to go through feeling pressured to buy additional warranty's when I told Raymond I wasn't interested. He continued to go through every different warranty and when he was done I said I still wasn't interested. He said to me "You mean to tell me I went through all that for nothing". I can't believe they have an employee like him representing Cape Coral Jeep. He was very short with us and not very nice. That was the worse part of the whole transaction !! This is why I did a 4 star rating and not a 5. More
