Wrong information in your intranet ad When I picked up the Jeep the tire gaugel light was on I was told it would go out a couple miles down the road. It did not! I checked the tire pressur When I picked up the Jeep the tire gaugel light was on I was told it would go out a couple miles down the road. It did not! I checked the tire pressure the 2 fromt tires had 60 lbs each the back tires had 30lbs in one and 40 lbs in the other which tells me the car wasn't ready for pick up. So I had to make another trip back to get the service department to fix it. Next Karen told me if I came in Sunday pm I would get the employees discount I didn't!! More

The "Blend door accuator" I first made the appointment and had to wait 10 days to get in. Upon arrival, I was told that the part could be installed "Maybe in a couple of hours". I received a call that my vehicle was ready 5 (FIVE) days later. After I brought the Jeep home, I noticed the right front mud flap was loose, there were scratches on the right rear side and some kind of black substance on the left rear side that is sticky and will not come off. More
