Any newer facility is going to have hiccups. I was told certain things such as recieving a percentage off for being a first responder, which I didnt. Me and my wife overheard things that made us second guess going with the Cape Coral store. One of the only reasons we bought was we couldn't find the truck I wanted elsewhere. Our salesman was great and the financial personnel was informative and respectful. Overall, a good deal and what I was looking for for a decent price. Not sure I would recommend or buy another vehicle from here. More
