We have purchased several vehicles from Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram over the years and, until recently, had been satisfied with both the sales process and the level of service provided. Unfortu Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram over the years and, until recently, had been satisfied with both the sales process and the level of service provided. Unfortunately, our most recent experiences with the dealership’s service department have been increasingly disappointing, culminating in an incident that has completely eroded our trust and confidence in the organization. The issues began after purchasing our second Jeep. Historically, we had taken advantage of the dealership’s oil change packages, which were good value. However, after purchasing the new vehicle, I was informed that the remaining three oil changes from a five-pack I had previously purchased were not transferable. No one could explain why, and the lack of transparency was concerning. Still, I decided to give the dealership another opportunity, hoping this was an isolated issue. Unfortunately, that decision led to a far more frustrating and unacceptable experience. When my Jeep unexpectedly broke down, I contacted the roadside assistance number provided by the dealership. I was told that towing would be covered, but I was later billed $120. That was the first red flag. After the vehicle was picked up, I attempted to confirm its arrival at the dealership, as required by the towing company. Despite multiple calls, I received no response for several hours. When someone finally returned my call, it wasn’t even from the service department, it was a sales representative trying to make an offer on my vehicle. The timing was both inappropriate and unprofessional. Eventually, I reached someone in service who diagnosed the problem as a failed fuel pump, on a vehicle with fewer than 40,000 miles and less than three years old. I was told this issue was not covered under warranty, with no opportunity to ask questions or discuss further. There was no offer of a courtesy vehicle or any meaningful support. I was later told the part had been ordered with expedited shipping, and the Jeep would likely be ready the next day. Unfortunately, that was the last bit of clear communication I received. The following day, no one reached out. I made over a dozen calls seeking an update, with no real answers. When I did hear back, I was told the part had not yet arrived but was now scheduled to arrive the next morning. I was assured the repair would be completed quickly since the vehicle was already on the lift. Then, radio silence. For the next four and a half days, despite repeated calls and voicemails from both myself and my wife, we received no updates. Frustrated and out of patience, I notified the dealership that I would be coming in to retrieve my vehicle, repaired or not. Only then, coincidentally upon our arrival, were we told that the work had “just” been completed and they were about to call us. After days of no communication, that explanation felt disingenuous at best. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. Upon driving away, we discovered that every tire was significantly underinflated, likely from sitting on a lift for days, but no one had bothered to check. Worse yet, the 3/4 tank of gas that was in the vehicle when it was towed in was completely gone. The fuel light came on within seconds of leaving the lot. To add insult to injury, our rearview mirror and dashcam had been knocked off the windshield. This experience was, without question, the most disorganized, dismissive, and careless dealership service encounter I’ve ever had. The lack of communication, accountability, and respect for my time, vehicle, and money is inexcusable. Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's service department has completely failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism. After years of loyalty and multiple purchases, we will not be returning. You have lost a customer for life. More

Service rep Freddy Gorra was very detailed in explaining what exactly was possibly wrong with the headlamps on my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I just moved here to Ft Myers from Miami and it was frustrating for me trying to get Dadeland Dodge in Miami, to adjust them properly. After 2 unsuccessful visits there for the same adjustments, and a repair they made which caused an oil leak, that cost me over a thousand dollars, I had to get it fixed at Aventura Dodge because I no longer trusted Dadeland to work on my car. It was good to find that here in Ft Myers at your service center my lights were adjusted by the very next morning. I will use your facility for all of my services from here on. More
