I had my Town and Country in for service about a week ago. Was told my engine problem was due to an after market headrest. I submited a complaint and Emily reached out to me to help me get the problem re ago. Was told my engine problem was due to an after market headrest. They were able to get me back in right away and working with Lisa and Tom they were able to get my problem diagnosed properly. So many times when you register a concern or complaint you never hear anything. I am happy to say that I was very imoressed about the concern they all showed in getting my vehicle repaired correctly.
