Service bay upon arival excellent. However the wsit time for a simple oil change is in excess of 2 hours. When complete it takes too long for paperwork generation/ processing. Slow and unresponsive Your team is inattentive when people are in the showroom. I spent 5 minutes inside and was never greeted or acknowledged. As a result, I left and bought a car elsewhere. Tire pressure is not correct in the tires, when they did the supposed tire rotation it was done incorrectly, they swapped the left front for the right front instead of rotating to the rear, so I had to spen the supposed tire rotation it was done incorrectly, they swapped the left front for the right front instead of rotating to the rear, so I had to spend my July 4th holiday correcting what was supposed to have been done there. So basically I paid for nothing to be done, really surprised they are allowing these guys to work on anything!!! More
