I stopped by to have a tire patched in my Jeep I’ve had for about 3 months. Service man said he wasn’t sure if they had repaired a tire like the one on my Jeep 4xe. What?? This is a Jeep dealership, right? for about 3 months. Service man said he wasn’t sure if they had repaired a tire like the one on my Jeep 4xe. What?? This is a Jeep dealership, right? He then went on to say that because it’s a Hybrid, I might need a new tire since a plug doesn’t work due to the noise barrier. I showed him the nail was directly in the middle of the tread, so it should be fine to patch. The other sales guy said he would assess and have an answer either way in about 20 minutes. One hour later, I had my tire patched at no cost. Kind of a joke if you ask me. But I’m just a woman with a Jeep. Can’t wait for my first oil change. Maybe I’ll send my husband. Haha. More
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The part that was broken in my jeep was warranted and cost $117. They told me they had to add $900 worth of parts though to warranty it. We moved with Jeep vehicles from out of Florida, so they were not purchased from this dealership. My past experiences have been mixed. I’ve made three trips for service on one item, the first was while the were not purchased from this dealership. My past experiences have been mixed. This was after a part was replaced on each of the two previous trips. Previous concerns about service errors were totally ignored! Overall, this time, the assistant service manager listened to my concerns and was very considerate! More
I had a check engine oil light come on, called my regular dealer, was be several days before they would get me in. Called Cape Coral RAM in 2 hours later they had me in. I had a unique issue with my Wagoneer, I had purchased it through CarMax and was looking for a dealer that could take the CarMax warranty.... I had very bad luck until I spoke with Lisa at the Dealership.... through CarMax and was looking for a dealer that could take the CarMax warranty.... I brought my 22 Ram in for some warranty work and it turned out that it needed a part that was back ordered for weeks. Ras told me they would find me a loaner truck but it wasn’t necessary because he tr turned out that it needed a part that was back ordered for weeks. Very fast service in the express lane. Did ask the rep if they could check one thing besides the oil change and he told me no and that I was essentially in the wrong line.
