Went in for a driver side tail light replacement with appointment. It’s time was told they didn’t have the part. Second time waited over an hour. Was told the vehicle was done and given the keys. When I appointment. It’s time was told they didn’t have the part. Second time waited over an hour. Was told the vehicle was done and given the keys. When I wet out to the truck. The passenger side light was replaced. It was written up properly by the service writer. Was told the manager was coming out waited over 30 minutes in the ready line he never came out. I got my service writer and he took my truck back and had the other light changed. So a simple tail light replacement took two appointments and over two hours for the last visit to remove two screws and replace a light. More

Service advisor damaged my door panels attempting to locate the source of a leak. Telling me I need new door panels, bec they are coming apart, They weren't like that when I brought car in!! I never sa locate the source of a leak. Telling me I need new door panels, bec they are coming apart, They weren't like that when I brought car in!! I never said I to look at my door panels!!! I told her to check leak on bottom of door, water was there when it rained. Probably need new weather stripping... I had NO problem with door panels.... Inept and clueless is how I would describe their service. All 4 door panels were touched where they are now apart!!! After damaging my vehicle, I was contacted by another manager, also of no help, and given the runaround ultimately resulting in me having a damaged vehicle and them taking no responsibility. Stellantis NA was also no help, ultimately siding with their dealership. They make a poor quality vehicle and refuse to accept responsibility of anything. I will never deal with this dealership and service department again. More
