Arrived at 5:25pm Express Oil Change, no one acknowledged me until several minutes later a car porter asked what I needed, minutes later service advisor arrived, took my keys and asked that I wait in lobby, me until several minutes later a car porter asked what I needed, minutes later service advisor arrived, took my keys and asked that I wait in lobby, about half hour later or so, he came to me gave me my keys and provided paperwork unsigned. I thought it was state law that I had to sign repair order or estimate, felt rushed. Dealer closes at 7pm for service, felt I came in with ample time for an oil change and tire rotation. MPI says they checked my transmission fluid, not sure how that’s done on a sealed unit. More
