my wife went in to get a new tire which was done. That being said this dealer/ service department does less than a poor job inspecting their customers cars.. Obviously no multi point inspection or at the very least check the other tires for issues the original problem the customer came in for. You should be ashamed of your performance as a team as a whole. More

Paid $1250. 00 to fix starting issue. They didn't fix it. Then they tried to say it was bad gas , which I have another shop's document that says clean system, no 00 to fix starting issue. Then they wanted 2 to 3k more to work on with no promises on it being fixed. Worst dealership experience in my 70 years . And I was in the automotive business for 31 years. Stay away from the Cape Coral Chrysler, Dodge,jeep and Ram. More
