Tom was great, honest and straight forward. Kept in touch and updated me. Only issue would be the techs use of care. Brake booster was replaced but tech did not adjust brake switch bracket and Kept in touch and updated me. Only issue would be the techs use of care. Had a very bad experience with this Dealerships Service Department. Took car in for Recalls, should have been a 6-7 hour job, it took over a week to get it done. It went in with no water leaks, then they c Department. Took car in for Recalls, should have been a 6-7 hour job, it took over a week to get it done. It went in with no water leaks, then they claimed the water pump which was only 4 months old was leaking after they put timing chain and gears in it. Blaimed it on the after market pump. They wanted over $1000 to a water pump in it. I didn't let them put it on and to my amazement they got the leak fixed! They did their 27 point vehicle check and said everything was fine, fluids,brakes,tires,etc,. When I went to leave, power steering didn't work-no fluid in it,but the DEF fluid was full. Kinda hard to use DEF fluid in a gas engine! BEWARE of this Dealership! More
