Came in for a check engine light, while diagnosing that, tried to tell me my rear brakes were at a 3/10, when I had them checked a week prior at 5/10. Made me then question the rear the diff leak they said I had, and they quoted me for a rear diff seal and flush, $189, also telling me not covered under warranty, but when they gave me a copy of the warranty submittal, they put rear diff plug, so was it the seal or plug? After talking with my previous dealerships dealt with and calling Mopar, this should of been a warranty issues. At no time did they try to make it right, they almost charged me for rear brakes $600, I did not need yet. I do not trust them. I would give Mike C a 0 star. Was able to "squeeze" me into the schedule and offer 10% for military discount, but not trustworthy after caught them lying about the brakes. More

Second time I've been here for service. Oil change and tire rotation was promptly done, but when I got home noticed oil dripped down my front bumper. I took my vehicle in on July 29th for a warranty repair on the stereo. I was promptly told the same day that the issue was a faulty amplifier but the parts would need to be ordered. It’s now been almost 3 weeks and no parts have arrived. When I go online to look up the amplifier in question, at other Jeep dealers, the part is avail for purchase. I’m not sure what is taking so long to get the parts. More
