The actual service was great! Service writer was great! Waiting room was great! Having said that...You need to tell the new safety glass people to turn it down about 5 notches. My wife was just there for an auto start battery. We were both pounced on in the service bay by overly aggressive glass people. In fact, I had two different people approach me. This was before we had even talked to anyone from the service department. They are in-your-face, with a very aggressive sales pitch. They could tell that our van had been kept in the sun by the amount of damage they could see in the windshield and how dangerous that could be. The fact is our van spends most of its time parked in our garage. This is basically and insurance scam to get my insurance company to pay for a new windshield even though I don't need one. I gave you a five star review this time. If I come back and the first person I talk to tries to convince me I need a new windshield you will receive a very unhappy one star reviews from me. More

I guess the mechanic forgot that dents in the doors interior show up nicely on the exterior. not good dodge, not good. My trust level with Dodge is seriously eroding, I gave up on Ford, went to Dodge, and now disappointed. I got to wait in the waiting area long enough (5+ hours) to know that I would never purchase a jeep or a RAM pickup. The service drop area was filled with Jeeps and Rams. It was a constant stream of 2 vehicles that you should never buy!!!!! More
