Going to take a lot of restraint to not use profanity. They sold me a worthless bumper-to-bumper platinum warranty for $1800 last year that was supposed to cover me for three years. I noticed that the lea They sold me a worthless bumper-to-bumper platinum warranty for $1800 last year that was supposed to cover me for three years. I noticed that the leather overlay on my dashboard was starting to pop up a little bit. This is a $70,000 truck and I wanted to look right. So I took it in to have it fixed under warranty. The worthless third-party warranty company denied the claim. Chrysler tries to look like the good guy and says they’ll split the charges with me 50-50. They pay $1100 and I pay the other $1100. Yes, you read that right. When I needed it, the warranty that they sold me didn’t cover a simple fix. And then they try to act like the hero and save the day by charging me $1100 to fix it. I told them to not touch it and walked out. Funny enough my dad was considering getting a grand Wagoneer and was going to go to the dealership soon. He’s decided against it. That’s called karma. More
How does this place consistently miss the little things? Brought the jeep in for ANOTHER recall. Was told the Jeep was filled with Nitro and to give it a few miles lights will go off. One week later tires are all at the same PSI it was when it was brought in. Two times prior they couldn’t reset the oil change due light. Cmon guys. It’s no secret that Jeep is struggling to sell and the resale values are in the garbage, yet they can’t do what they can to make sure the car is ready to go? My lease is up in a year and we will not be going back to a Jeep product or this dealership. More

Thursday am called again got the same story......Thursday evening called, asked to speak with the service manager - was pretty hot at this point, was told that my truck was ready on TUESDAY afternoon. Never got a call, text, or email. My husband got a text at 545pm Thursday saying the truck was ready, in ALL CAPS, NOT TOO PROFESSIONAL - super job!!! F- More
