typically, excellent service . .. but this last time I went in for an oil change using the express service. I waited as I was told it would take an hour or so ,.. ended up being 3 1 .. but this last time I went in for an oil change using the express service. I received a call to make an appointment for a recall that I have to go there to change some piece in the car. I received sms, emails reminding the day for the app, also one day before check in message, that I have to go there to change some piece in the car. I received sms, emails reminding the day for the app, also one day before check in message, I went there to the right time talk to Obi from service and he looked in the pc and said the piece is not there many people is waiting, is not true that we can be there to change this piece in the recall, he does not know when this will arrive... there is a long list of people waiting, we should wait also. So we were surprised and explained hime this can not be, people called extra to make app and emails etc and he said he does not know how could call us he can not do anything,... I must mention I cancelled other app I had before to be there, and is far away from home. so we trusted that was true what he said, because a person in a "Service" position, SHOULD KNOW what talks about.... But we went home, and we decided to give a call to complain about this bad service and lie story about the recall app. The manager from Pieces, and older man I think his name is Tom, called us back when hear our voice message and told us the pieces are there for urs, we had to go back again and do the service. By our surprise ALL WAS THERE not what obi said!!!!! conclusion- we wasted the whole day.... and nobody said SORRY.... btw we still received sms saying our car was in service haha and the car was long time ago received, really unprofessional and unfriendly car dealer. PS: when we picked up the car we bought it new in the center and the car was dirty inside and also in the back seats and had 35 miles!!!! like someone did a test driving there ... really I absolute do not recommend this dealer. also when we do service THEY NEVER CLEAN THE CAR LEAVE IT DIRTY.... IS SO SO EASY TO MAKE CLIENTS HAPPY... SO EASY TO LOOSE THEM. More
