I brought my van in with error codes P1128 and P1129 which has to do with proper fuel system. When I picked my the van I was told i had an aftermarket headrest that could cause the error codes P11 and 2 which has to do with proper fuel system. To make a long story short, their customer service was great when I went to buy a truck from them. They made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. Then 6 days prior to my first payment needing to be great when I went to buy a truck from them. They made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. Then 6 days prior to my first payment needing to be made The service department told me that the ticking my truck made was normal mind you it’s a 2023 or 26,000 miles on it. They pulled me off left and right in that department until I made a scene. Then, once I made the scene, it was all hands on deck. Everybody checking my truck out they got to a point where I don’t trust any of them, and I took it to their sister Over in Broward county, which is two hours away. Very unacceptable service from them and multiple times I’ve called the sales rep that I bought the truck from and have never got a return. Return call. I normally don’t write reviews unless they’re usually not worth the time, but in this case they emailed me asking for this. So here it is. More
I actually do not know if I woulod recommend. When I arrived it was a few minutes before 7AM. There was a guy at a desk outside. I asked him the procedue and it seemd like a bother to talk to me. When I filled out the survey last time I was told I would get a detail wash. This trip got not wash at all. My warranty issue was fixed, so that is a good thing but there was not real explanation of anything. More

Service manager Mike did a great job. My low mileage Ram 3500 diesel had weird smell. His tech looked for leaks none found no charge. Thanked him for this. You know Ron & Alex, in the Service Department, were just FANTASTIC concerning all the problems with my wifes Radio/GPS unit and the Front end suspension problems. It took many trips back and forth to get ev FANTASTIC concerning all the problems with my wifes Radio/GPS unit and the Front end suspension problems. It took many trips back and forth to get everything resolved because of the Warranty Department, but FINALLY after pictures were sent they understood what was going on and WHY the frond end was making NOISE when going over a small speed bump in a shopping plaza or while entering a shopping center from the main rod to a higher elvation and the CREAKING noise it would make! Well I really HATE to say this, BUT I still hear a Creaking noise in the front end with the aformentioned noise in the front end and after this 2015 Journey just crossed over to 42K miles yesterday I would think there SHOULD BE NO NOISE after all the service work was done, but nevertheles I still hear something! I was going to stop in next week and talk to them to see IF there is something else going on in the front end of this car. Hoping to getting everything resolved as my wife LOVES her car and she ordered it for herself on the 4th of July in 2014. Not many White Pearl/White Leather interior 2015 Journey Limited's around town either! More
