I came in for 15000 mile service. Service told me that would include an oil change, multipoint inspection and a tire rotation. After I returned home I noticed the service summary d Service told me that would include an oil change, multipoint inspection and a tire rotation. After I returned home I noticed the service summary did NOT show the tire rotation. I returned the next day to explain the situation. Service measured the tread depth and said the tires were wearing equally and a tire rotation was not needed. In addition, when I made the appointment for the 15000 mile service I mentioned about a squeak somewhere in my left front end when I backed up to the right. When I arrived for the 15000 service I mentioned about the squeak. Service told me I’d have to make another appointment for the squeak. I should have received a tire rotation initially without having to return to the dealership the next day. Why didn’t service tell me at the time of making the 15000 service appointment that a separate appointment was necessary to address the squeak? More

First time using the Express Oil Change lane. I am happy with the service but was told it would take a little over an hour but actually took over 1.5 hours. Took truck in with complaint about vibrations and suspension issues, it felt like the dealership never did a diagnostic to find the root of the issue. Brought the car in for a recall, we ended up paying almost $300 for something about the computer battery, got extended at a parking lot, the car didn't start and needed to be jumped, calling soon to ma almost $300 for something about the computer battery, got extended at a parking lot, the car didn't start and needed to be jumped, calling soon to make an appointment, the car is moving, but we have to trim off the remote starter, and other starter, luckily I use a company car for work.
