Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

I took my 2019 Ram 1500 for the third time and they only charged me for the diagnosis and did not solve the air suspension problem. The last time they said they would charge $5200 to replace the pumps, that charged me for the diagnosis and did not solve the air suspension problem. The last time they said they would charge $5200 to replace the pumps, that it would be stopped for about 3 months waiting for parts and even then it was not guaranteed that this would be the main defect. I made an appointment and specifically requested mobile one oil. The girl said you had it or would get it for me. I showed up for my appointment and guess what? It wasn't there? Abraham sent me home and ha one oil. The girl said you had it or would get it for me. I showed up for my appointment and guess what? It wasn't there? Abraham sent me home and had me returned 24 hours later once it arrived. That was a big fat disappointment! But he was outstanding. More
