Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

This SC had our Jeep for 59 days. 59 days. They knew what was wrong within a few days (engine replacement). We had the extended warranty but that took weeks (like 5 weeks) for veri 59 days. They knew what was wrong within a few days (engine replacement). We had the extended warranty but that took weeks (like 5 weeks) for verification that we properly maintained the vehicle (which we did) and the warranty adjuster to come out two or three times (why). We had to spend over $1600 for a rental car with them. The 59 days was out of our control and we feel we should have gotten a loaner vehicle not a rental. Waited about 15 minutes for someone to assist me in dropping off vehicle outside. Upon getting in my vehicle after it was serviced there was a plastic hair net left on passenger side floor and a part p dropping off vehicle outside. Finally, prices for service that was determined needed to be done were way too outrageous to allow to have vehicle serviced there. Definitely will not be back! More

I’ve had 2 really great experiences here for an oil change. No appt in the quick service lane (both weekends too) & they’ve had me out in an hour both times!!!
