I was scheduled for 1030am, but didn't realize I was working night shift the night before, I stopped by on my ride home and Chris was able to accommodate me so I didn't have to come back. New to the area, first time visit, staff was pleasant, wait time was a little longer 2 plus hours for an oil change and tire rotation, busy business so I get it. Stated I needed additional work on my vehicle, cost was high since I am new to the area I am a little leery so they have not gained my trust yet. My dealership back home the owners are there and speak with you and go out of their way to assist you and they give you a free oil change after 10 oil changes, It is a nice way to treat your clientele. Not happy at all. First, both of my Dodge’s headrest safety systems went off without any impact or airbag deployment. The driver’s side went off while I was driving First, both of my Dodge’s headrest safety systems went off without any impact or airbag deployment. The driver’s side went off while I was driving and jerked my neck forward! When sent in for service, headrests installed were cloth, not leather like the rest of my seats and they handed me the leather covers and said “they should be pretty easy to put on”. They are not. The only way you can is to detach the entire headrest. They EASILY could and should have done this so the headrests match the rest of the interior while they already had the headrests off, but they couldn’t be bothered. When I inquired as to why, I got attitude from the service department. I was going to buy another Dodge, but after the treatment and poor customer service, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. Oh yeah, they also tore through my center console and left everything a mess. Never again More
