Not happy at all. First, both of my Dodge’s headrest safety systems went off without any impact or airbag deployment. The driver’s side went off while I was driving First, both of my Dodge’s headrest safety systems went off without any impact or airbag deployment. The driver’s side went off while I was driving and jerked my neck forward! When sent in for service, headrests installed were cloth, not leather like the rest of my seats and they handed me the leather covers and said “they should be pretty easy to put on”. They are not. The only way you can is to detach the entire headrest. They EASILY could and should have done this so the headrests match the rest of the interior while they already had the headrests off, but they couldn’t be bothered. When I inquired as to why, I got attitude from the service department. I was going to buy another Dodge, but after the treatment and poor customer service, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. Oh yeah, they also tore through my center console and left everything a mess. Never again More
