Oil change took 1.5 hours. This was our 3rd oil change with the new car. We were told that the first one was complimentary on the dealership, so no charge.. The second one I used the first of 2 pre paid m with the new car. We were told that the first one was complimentary on the dealership, so no charge.. The second one I used the first of 2 pre paid maintenance service, the third I was going to use the 2nd pre paid maintenance, only to be told that I had no pre paid left as the dealership used a pre paid for the first oil change( so much for the free oil change). The pre paid was $125 each, so I spent $250 for 2 oil changes. The third one I paid for was around $75. Typical of my experience with this dealership. More
