Where do I start. A 2 day job turned into 23. Needed 2 windows replaced and 3 paint chips on the side panel due to a pre-existing scratch upon purchase. Received an “owe” form for the work to be done from the dealer as part of the purchase. Upon arrival for my appointment at dodge nobody knew anything of the case despite multiple calls prior, pictures send in and paper work filed. The dealership outsourced the work to Cape Coral Collision which I would rate as a zero. The car had to be returned to the body shop 2 different times due to additional damage while on the collision shop property and work not being competed despite the shop saying it was done. The service manager Doug ghosted my calls day 2. I spoke with at least 6 different “managers” and people and even emailed the managing partner of Cape Coral Dodge Jay Ganzi, just for some answers, to no avail. I was lied to on several occasions as the work being done and timeframes involved which was proven by me actually driving to the collision center and checking on my vehicle personally. There is no sense of workmanship, responsibility, follow up or urgency in any manner. The night my car was returned, it was given back to me completely dirty and looked as though they left the windows open while they sanded it for paint. The inside was filthy and covered in dust. I had to literally coordinate and navigate every individual involved in the process. Between Cape Coral Dodge’s service department and Cape Coral Collision, the absolute worst experience you can imagine and then some. Basic customer service and actually doing your job simply doesn’t exist between these two. As a side note for this review most of the people I dealt with are not even listed…what does that tell you. Oil change took 1.5 hours. This was our 3rd oil change with the new car. We were told that the first one was complimentary on the dealership, so no charge.. The second one I used the first of 2 pre paid m with the new car. We were told that the first one was complimentary on the dealership, so no charge.. The second one I used the first of 2 pre paid maintenance service, the third I was going to use the 2nd pre paid maintenance, only to be told that I had no pre paid left as the dealership used a pre paid for the first oil change( so much for the free oil change). The pre paid was $125 each, so I spent $250 for 2 oil changes. The third one I paid for was around $75. Typical of my experience with this dealership. More
