I was promised my running boards for my truck would be ready for pickup the following day by 10a.m. No phone call to advise of the delay. I had to repeatedly call to get a time. After 3 attempts, we still have not gotten the service done on our vehicle. We do not live in Florida full time, FT, Myers Beach, so it is a half hour drive every time we have to drive over. We purchased the Journey new, and when the saleman was attaching the licence plate we noticed the one sensor was detached on the rear bumper, he said we should just drive around to service dept, it is just a clip, and they would clip it back on. The service dept said that they did not have time to fix it and we would have to make an appointment, we were going home in a few days, so because it was not that easy to fix, they had to order a part, we said we would call a set up an appointment the next time we came to Florida. I might add, they had 2 white Journeys there, why didnt they just offer the other one to us? When we made airline reservations, I also called the dealership, set up an appointment, told them to make sure they had all the parts, and we thought that we were set up. We even received one or 2 emails or messages to verify our appointment. When we arrived (early) for the appointment we were told that we should have talked to the parts department. not the service department, that it needed a whole new bumper. They had to order it and we were only going to be in Florida for two weeks, we again made a trip up to the dealership and we still have not gotten the sensor fixed. I am 71 years old, my husband is 73 years old, our time, especially to us, is very important to us. Our family members were with us on the last visit and they could not believe the terrible customer service and run-around we are getting. If this is not taken care of this next visit, my son told us to seek legal assistance. We are coming back to Florida on August 14th and we will be setting up a third appointment. We hope there will be no other excuses. More

The only time I have received excellent service is pre-purchase. The second I drove off the lot, any time I have had questions I have been given the runaround. Mostly Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. (I'm on my 8th Wrangler and 3rd Grand Cherokee alone!) We would never buy from this dealership again. More
