I got a text to bring my Jeep for oil changeI called to I got a text to bring my Jeep for oil change I called to make sure they made me appointment for 9:30 When I arrived i said I was here for oil change I got a text to bring my Jeep for oil change I called to make sure they made me appointment for 9:30 When I arrived i said I was here for oil change and rotation fir my lease Jeep He said I didn’t need it and I said you told me to bring it in he said I didn’t tell you anything I said ok you represent Cape Coral Jeep so that’s what I mean. He keep trying to talk me out of it. Saying I didn’t need it yet and bunch of stuff on the computer but I’m 73 yes old and that stuff is over my head so I sad now your just pissing me off I’m here just give me my oil change. Later when the car was ready I had some questions he was not friendly at but did answer my questions though you could tell I was bothering him it seemed. On my drive home I noticed they had not cleared of the dash that said I need a oil change I took like never figured out how to clear that off but I did. I had my ram truck serviced here and my wrangler too bought last 2 Jeep’s here And always had the best experience I have came here every since you opened the store. I plan to make many more trips on future Probably just miscommunication it happens.. More
Initially, I had to sit and wait approximately 15 Initially, I had to sit and wait approximately 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence and that was by someone that told me that a Initially, I had to sit and wait approximately 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence and that was by someone that told me that a service representative would be with me shortly. It was another approximately 10 minutes before a service representative did come. But once he did, he was polite and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and acknowledged my concerns on paper. The service department was fast and used protective coverings on the inside of my vehicle which I appreciated. With the exception of the initial wait, I was very happy with my visit to Cape Coral Jeep. More

I chose to wait for my vehicle, it was about 1 1/2 hour wait for a oil change, tire rotation and a run through the wash! Everything seemed completed and tidy for my first service on my new Jeep. I usually stop in Saturday mornings for a wash’ then run across to BJ’s to gas up… it was even better that the first 3 services are free! More
I am really torn this time. My service adviser (Ryan Maxey) is fantastic but three trips up (leaving it over a day once) and the rattle under my car is still there.
