I brought my jeep in for a leaking fredom top. The roof seal kit and foam consist of two packages that are less than $75 combined. They charged me $170 to diagnose that the weather strips were bad, even though I already told them, and pointed out two known bad spots when I arrived at my 8:30am Friday appointment. I was charged for un-needed diagnostics on a clearly defective part that cost way less than the parts! This is criminal behavior. After dropping off my jeep I had to wait 4 days for what I thought would be a same day appointment, just to find out it wasn't even looked at yet the morning of day 4. I called many times and left voice mails with multiple people, and messages with the front desk and no one got back to me until day 4! At the end of day I was informed that they wanted 1 more day to repair it and told me the total cost was over $600 to replace the weather strips and foam. These parts are cheap, and fully exposed, with basic installation! I declined the installation service at this point because I found everything about this experience terrible. So now I've paid $170 to be told the weather strips on my fredom top leak, and I need new ones, no kidding, and thanks for nothing! 0 stars should be an option. More

I had a 10am appointment for a service to install a part. Showed up a few minutes early and had to stand by my vehicle for about 15 minutes before being greeted and checked in. After that I was told it would be about 3 hours wait. I had to stay and wait due to traveling about an hour for this dealership. After about an hour I noticed my vehicle in a parking spot and thought that they have not even gotten it started yet which I was a little upset about but it is what it is. I let another hour go by and saw my vehicle was still sitting there so I asked what the deal was and they said it was done. So I had to sit around for an extra hour for no reason and had to ask before anyone decided to tell me it was completed. More
