After several months of an ongoing warranty issue my vehicle still has issues that an alert and concerned technician should have caught. The service advisor was shown my concerns. He said he would work on resolving it and he’d get back in touch with me right away. This was on the 21st April 2021. Today is the 26th April 2021 and I have not heard back yet. I have called but have only gotten voicemail. This is demonstrative of the typical service this dealership provides. Congruently it’s ironic the sales department is sending me email notifications my lease is in the last year and it’s time to start thinking about a different vehicle. I’m not sure why I’d be motivated to shop here again. The most recent staff I’ve worked with was not listed in the drop down menu. I have worked with Javier in the past. He seemed like a pretty good dude so randomly I gave him 5 stars. He was not the person I worked with most recently however. More

I came in for a broken back wiper blade, left with it not done. I returned and they apologized then noticing it was broken so they couldn’t fix. Said they orders the part and it was covered and to return when it arrived. Parts arrived, then when I returned they said it wasn’t covered and I had to then pay. They failed to discount the mishap or seem to care. More
