Quoted $190 for battery plus installation for about $230 total. Ended up $306 less $38 credit for having to wait nearly 2 hours for express service. Total rip off. More

The sales guy was great. Very happy with him. The finance guy, Hispanic gentlemen, added a service package to sweeten my deal, but failed to mention it could only be used at their facility. So when I went to get a service close to where I was, I was told I had no service contract. So had to solely come back to this location for service. The instance with the service department was quite disappointing. I made an appointment for an oil change and asked them to put on a wiper blade on my back window, it’s seemed to have fallen off. They said they would take care of it. I leave and and as I’m driving I check only to see I have no wiper blade. I returned immediately and they said sorry let us put that on. They grab it then notice the mounting bracket was actually broken. They said they’d have to order it, and it’s covered by warranty, and since it’s something they missed initially they would waive the cost of the wiper and call me when the part was in. They called me and I returned for install only to be told it’s not covered, and I had to pay to get it fixed plus the wiper blades, no discount, and no apologies for all the nonsense. Makes me feel like my added extended warranty doesn’t cover anything.
