We brought our van in for a recall. Our service advisor Javier recommended we get a rental because the service would take a few hours. We had not heard anything 5 hours later so we called. The first call we were transferred to Javier's phone which rang and rang. Next call in we were told to leave a message on his phone. Next phone call when we explained that we did not get a response from Javier we were told that was all we could do. We wanted to talk to someone, anyone on service to get an idea how long our van was going to take. So we drove out to the dealership.We find Javier who tells us his phone is not working. Then he finds out our van will not be ready until tomorrow. The recall required them to discharge the battery before they started. This would have been great information to have before we arrived. Javier gave us his cell # so we could text him and the rest of the process went smoothly. The rental did not coast us anything. More

I was very dissatisfied with my experience because the people that have the technical expertise to diagnose my vehicle seemed not to be available when I brought my car back in after their first Diagnose o people that have the technical expertise to diagnose my vehicle seemed not to be available when I brought my car back in after their first Diagnose of my van and the sounds coming from the rear suspension of my 2015 town & Country . I had issues with the rear shocks and I said that there was something wrong with them but they charged me a $155 to tell me there was nothing wrong with the shocks . I end up taking it elsewhere and it only took them a minute to tell me i needed new shocks and replacing them costed me only 55.00 per side I was charged $155 for a diagnostic fee that easily could of went to the repairing of my shocks and I got nothing out of it but lip service . Even after i kept complaining they still said nothing was wrong with them.. SO I begrudgingly paid the $155.00 and asked the service manager to take a ride with me and even he said he could hear the noise it made and said its wasnt covered under my warranty it was wear and tear ? So the srevice manager can hear the sounds of busted shocks but the mechanics cant ?? I dont think im coming back any more because ryan my services consultant said that it was 788.00 to fix the rear suspension problem and all it was was simple shocks that after being replaced solved the problem .. ..So disappointed is far from what i felt.. And whats good is max care lifetime warranty when every time something fails you call it were and tear .my previous visit costed me over $1000.00 for engine mounts that failed that originally was covered but you made more money off me making me pay for it ... Worst service I have ever experienced! Dropped my car off at 10:30am. They said it would take 2 hours to diagnose and got me a Lyft ride home. Got a call in 2 hours with diagnosis, $630 repair job. Authorized service because what choice did I have. Didn't hear from them again until almost 7pm after leaving several messages. Had to keep my car overnight to ensure everything was ok. Next day, didn't hear from them again until 2pm despite leaving several messages including one for the service manager. Asked to get Lyft back, waited over an hour for Lyft, no Lyft. Finally got a ride to pick up my car. Service rep nowhere to be found. Complained to manager who was not at all apologetic and made excuses. Finally paid and got my car 30 hours later! More

Should not take 90 min for a pre scheduled oil change and tire rotation. If it was not for the Mopar service contract I would do somewhere else. Service person was very personable and nice but team has to tire rotation. If it was not for the Mopar service contract I would do somewhere else.
