No contact from Cape Coral Chrysler about my issues above as of 4/27/21. Service Director, Ray Powers at the dealer knows who I am if they want to contact me but I think I have stated all relevant information and issues above. Also another comment on a different issue. Last year when I brought my Pacifica into Cape Coral Chrysler for a oil change they shorted me a quart of oil. When I brought this to the service adviser's attention he advised me that Chrysler sent a bulletin that they should only fill oil with (5) quirts. He would not show me the so called bulletin so I told him that if Chrysler had new specs. for oil capacity they should provide a oil dip stick that reflects the oil being full at the so called new spec of (5) quirts. After my insistence, they did finally top my oil to the full mark on the dip stick. Since then I have spoken to other Chrysler mechanics and they confirmed that my vehicle does take the (6) quirts as stated in the owners manual. This dealer should not be a Chrysler dealer and representing the Chrysler brand, in my opinion.
