For this particular maintenance service, we were happy. On originally getting a trade in from our Jeep 2014 Cherokee with full safety features in July 2019 we were not happy at all. On the trade in to a On originally getting a trade in from our Jeep 2014 Cherokee with full safety features in July 2019 we were not happy at all. On the trade in to a new Grand Cherokee we were tricked into believing it would have all the safety features, but it did not. We were promised that that would be corrected. But it never was corrected and we had to trade in that Grand Cherokee for another Grand Cherokee because of their error or lack of knowledge. So in August 2019 we had to trade the 2019 they first gave us for a 2019 Grand Cherokee with full safety features and in our opinion, ended up losing out and having to put in more money than we should have. All three people who were involved in this transaction are no longer working at Cape Coral Jeep within three months of this happening. I believe that the salespersons should be more knowledgable of the new safety features on the cars, these three were not. More
