The system they have for appointments in the service are a train wreck. There is really no such thing as an appointment. Its all first come first serve, even if you have an appointment. You better show up at 5:00 AM because if you get there 15 minutes early you're waiting in a line of 10-20 cars and they do not honor your 8:00 AM appointment time. You will sit there for hours on end to get a 20-30 minute job done. More

I dealt mostly with Mike Castori in the service department. He was very helpful, especially when dealing with my extended warranty company. They were very apprehensive to cover the total repair (sh department. He was very helpful, especially when dealing with my extended warranty company. Initial meeting with original service rep was ok but after Bishoy greeted me when I dropped off the truck I realized they did not input any detail into my appointment or what I was coming in for so need after Bishoy greeted me when I dropped off the truck I realized they did not input any detail into my appointment or what I was coming in for so needed to re-explain with Bishoy..
