Stopped by for an oil change at 1:20PM and was told it would be 1-1.5 hours. After 2 hours I went to see what the delay was. Turned out they forgot about us. This was my first visit to this dealership for service, my 2009 Ram being due for an oil change. Everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous, especially Ibrahim, the advisor who greeted me.
