The service manager was rude, even when as he was training, then I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change. Nobody had talk to me and acted like it was no big deal. Still very rude service manager walked me to the cashier and walked away. All they needed to do was talk to me let me know everything was good. I’m still not sure. I got everything done. I asked for nothing was explained to me just sent me on my way. I usually defend the Jeep dealer in Cape Coral, but I literally just had the experience that everybody has always told me about very disappointed. I’ll probably go to Galeana for my next servicing. It is extremely disappointing that Stellantis and this dealership don’t have a solution to resolve the air conditioning recirculate loud sound emitting from the dash. This dealership also was aware of the radio / navigation unit not working properly for over one year but I had to make three trips to the dealership before they would agreed to fix the issue. This wasn’t a Warrantable repair !!! And he knew that from the beginning.
