I felt like the customer service was great and they were friendly, but the second I started asking questions about the estimate for a more in depth understanding... I felt very rushed and shut down, like this is very black n white this is whats wrong, this is how much it costs. Take it or leave it. And it got me quite frustrated. There was a vibe I was inconveniencing them by asking for a more thorough understanding from the technician on a rather expensive repair. My local mechanic never treats me that way and is always open to explain the diagnostic and what went wrong. And when I called to reach someone to get a better understanding I was unable to even though I called twice. It wasn't until pick up that I was able to speak with the technician and that was after the work was done. More
