Best Car Buying Experience EVER! I had a wonderful experience at Capistrano Mazda. From the time I pulled into the lot until the time I left, everyone was extremely nice. We all dread the "dealership" and "pushy" salesmen when going to buy a car. I experienced everything BUT that at Capistrano Mazda. Jerry Aydemir was wonderful. He worked with us on everything to receive the best price possible. The finance piece with Paul was a major breeze. Paul was also very nice and helpful. Once all of the docs were signed, I walked outside to a big beautiful bow on my new 2017 CX5. Jerry took more time with me to show me all of the computer aspects of the car. I'm pretty good with technology, but it has been a while since I have had a new car. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this dealership! I dropped by the other day to ask a question and he made himself immediately available. It's nice to be able to talk to a serviceman on a first name basis and him knowing everything about my car. Complimentary new vehicle 5000 maintenance After previously making an appointment for a complimentary new vehicle 5000 maintenance on my new CX-5 purchased at this dealership I stopped in to ha After previously making an appointment for a complimentary new vehicle 5000 maintenance on my new CX-5 purchased at this dealership I stopped in to have the work performed yesterday (9/2/17). I was greeted by an extremely warm and friendly Service Advisor, Fredy Campos. He was exceptionally proficient at getting my paperwork going and within minutes I was enjoying the cool waiting area, relaxing and reading through some old emails. After a short bit of time I got a call from Fredy and my car service was completed, washed and ready to go. They even updated the entertainment software in the vehicle and replaced a cabin filter at no charge. I'm not sure getting an oil change would be on anyones top 10 things to do on a Saturday morning but being that's it a necessity to maintain your automobile investment I can honestly say that I can't imaging a more seamless experience than I received at Capistrano Mazda. Fredy was just plain wonderful to interact with, the technician that performed the work was clean, thoughtful and respectful of my semi-clean-freak nature by not leaving any oily fingerprints all over (like I experienced at other places)... even the gentleman that washed my car did a fabulous job and was extremely friendly. Job well done Capistrano Mazda team! More

We had great customer service from the minute we showed interest in the car. Jerry sent us a video to help answer questions before we made the drive down from Brea. When we arrived on the lot our initial contact (Jerry) was unavailable, but Diego stepped in to help us out. He was great from the get go! No pressure, knowledgable, kind, friendly, and respectful of our time and needs. We didn't end up buying the used car we anticipated, but rather a brand new CX-5. This wasn't because Diego put any pressure on us, but rather because he didn't! He showed us exactly what we requested and allowed us to take our time in making decisions. Kevin in finance worked hard to help us find a comfortable car payment that we could live with every month. Paul made the signing process as painless as possible and had us ready to drive away in our new car rather quickly. Overall, Capistrano Mazda provided us with excellent customer service. We live 37 miles away from this dealership, but will be happy to make the drive to continue our car servicing relationship with such a great group of people! More

Superb Service! I brought my 2016 CX9 in to have remote start installed. Hector Arvieu did the installation and did an excellent job. The remote start worked perfectly and whoever washes the cars as well, always cleans the exterior and interior of the vehicle immaculately prior to pick up. I was having trouble loading the app on my IPhone for the remote start and even though The service rep, Hector Campos was super busy, he took the time to complete the registration for me. He was so helpful and patient and very professional. I can't thank them all enough. I refer all my friends to Capo Mazda for the exceptional customer service, best vehicles and very reasonable prices for the quality received. Thank you soooo much! More
