Forouz was the main reason I selected Capistrano Mazda as the dealership to buy my Mazda 3, I really liked her. Chris Del Campos handled finance, he was very friendly as well and made quick work of the paperwork. Tom Deering I only saw once but made an impression, low pressure and once again very friendly. Knew the gravity of my situation and was a very upfront gentleman. He let me know the hiring practices of his sales team which was very refreshing and gave me confidence with the dealership. Moe Afzal was friendly as well but unfortunately this was the area where I was feeling the pressure the most. I know it was close to deal time so I had to go and get some air to gather my thoughts before finalizing a deal. It's his job to help bring the deal home and I knew that. I came back a day later and got it done with the help of everyone at Capistrano Mazda. It's been a only a few days but I am enjoying my new Mazda 3, thank you!!!! More
