Forouz was very patient with me, she knows how big of a deal it is to buy a new car and truly gave me all the time I needed including test drives and time with the car in general, very accommodating, low pressure, supremely friendly and genuine too! Forouz was the main reason I selected Capistrano Mazda as the dealership to buy my Mazda 3, I really liked her. Chris Del Campos handled finance, he was very friendly as well and made quick work of the paperwork. Tom Deering I only saw once but made an impression, low pressure and once again very friendly. Knew the gravity of my situation and was a very upfront gentleman. He let me know the hiring practices of his sales team which was very refreshing and gave me confidence with the dealership. Moe Afzal was friendly as well but unfortunately this was the area where I was feeling the pressure the most. I know it was close to deal time so I had to go and get some air to gather my thoughts before finalizing a deal. It's his job to help bring the deal home and I knew that. I came back a day later and got it done with the help of everyone at Capistrano Mazda. It's been a only a few days but I am enjoying my new Mazda 3, thank you!!!! More

When I called Mazda they gave me good, accurate information about when I could bring the car in for service. Fredy was freindly and gave me clear information about what services my car needed. He communicated easily about prices and emailed the service estimate to me at my request. It took a few days for the work to be completed, but my husband says that Nissan had his truck for over a week and that kind of thing is normal with he dealerships. In the past I have gone to a small family owned mechanic in Lake Forest. Since I was towing the car from San Clemente, I thought I'd try Capo Mazda. When the car was ready to be picked up, it was freshly washed and vacuumed. Now my car is back to normal ready for many more miles. I'll be back to Capo Mazda in the future. More

He is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, honest and very friendly! Diego made the entire process one of the easiest we've ever experienced (fast and easy!). Flawless buying experience On Sunday 4/2/17 my wife and I purchased a CX5 Grand Touring with a technology package from Capistrano Mazda/VW and it was the best buying experience On Sunday 4/2/17 my wife and I purchased a CX5 Grand Touring with a technology package from Capistrano Mazda/VW and it was the best buying experience I've ever had. I don't say that lightly... between my wife and I we have purchased somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 - 20 new vehicles from different dealers over the years. I had done extensive research and knew exactly what I was looking for. I knew the value of my trade-in and the price I was willing to pay for a new vehicle. On Saturday I sent out one of those online requests that sent numerous quote requests to multiple dealers. Diego was one of the first to respond and we communicated numerous times over the weekend. Some of the responses I got from other salespeople were deceptive, they weren't answering questions in a forthright way, and they were obviously just trying to get me to the their lot at all costs. Diego was very friendly, straight-forward and honest. Not even the slightest hint of hard sell or pushing us to do anything we were hesitant to do. He explained everything and was extremely transparent throughout the test drive and buying process. Diego is a gem of a car salesman... we honestly felt that he was working on our behalf rather than the usual adversarial atmosphere common in many automobile sales lots. I can't imagine anyone working harder to make sure we were comfortable, informed and happy through the whole process. Diego wasn't our adversary, he was our advocate! After leaving the sales office we were directed to Paul, the finance guy. He was another super friendly staff member at Capo Mazda/VW. Again... no hard sell. He was transparent, explained everything and was eager to answer any questions we might have. He was proficient & fast! Maybe 20 minutes later we left his office feeling he too was honestly wanting us to have the best buying experience possible! After walking out of Paul's office we ran into our freshly cleaned and prepped vehicle with a huge bow on it. That was thoughtful touch and made for a great photo opportunity! The ONLY thing that could have been improved on was the facility itself as they are currently going through a massive tear-down and rebuild of an aging building. Of course that's not the fault of any of the people that mattered to us so it didn't detract from the entire buying experience much. Bottom line.... super, super, friendly people that honestly put your buying experience as their number one priority! Absolutely no pressure or hard sell.... EVER! They truly didn't want you to do anything that you didn't want to do. I went in understanding that they need make a living too but they bent over backwards to work with me on price. No deception, no games and I never felt uncomfortable or uninformed. The dealership had one of the better inventories in the area (and there are numerous others within a 30 minute drive). Other than the temporary condition of the actual facility I CAN"T IMAGINE A BETTER BUYING EXPERIENCE! More
Service Department Review I am not the type to spend my weekend typing up a review unless it is something utterly terrible or truly amazing. I am glad to report this is to express the latter of the two, TRULE AMAZING. I am sure I am like every other individual who when getting their car service, we like to get the car fix with as little hassle as possible. Fredy is right on cue with that. He was direct, fast, and effective. I didn't feel I wasted any time working with him and he knew exactly what I needed. More importantly, he made me felt assure that he will get my needs taken care. He went as far as having their Master Tech Hector come out to speak with me and join me on a ride to hear directly what the noises (I complained about hearing noises in my car)I was hearing. Hector was considerate about my irritation about the noise and the excitement he got when he heard it too was unreal! The guy is insanely passionate about fixing the problem for me and assured me that he will get to the root of the issue. I never once ever got that reassurance from a service department before, period. To actually hear that from the master tech, I didn't care how long they had my car for since I knew Hector was on top of it all and he was working on making it perfect for me. From the face of the department Fredy, to the behind the scene with Hector, I just knew I came to the right place to get my car service. Because of the service department, the next car I get I will entertain this dealership to see if the exceptional service and confidence I received will be replicate with their sales team. I will add to this review when I get my next car. *also, Hector did find the issue and fixed it for me. The car was immaculate with no scratches or gaps in the areas they worked on. It was as though the car came out of the factory just like when I got it brand new 6 months ago. I couldn't be more happy. More
