I spent around 6 hours at the dealership overall, and he made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout. He provided complimentary beverages, and was very open to reasonable negotiations. He got me into a 2017 Mazda3 for much lower than any of the other dealers I went to, and was helpful every step of the way. The finance specialist Kevin, and the manager Tom were quick to correct any mistakes and were very open to negotiations as well. I highly recommend that everyone go to this dealership first when considering a Mazda. More

Appointments were scheduled adequately so there weren't a lot of crabby people waiting around for their cars. The waiting area was fine for me and I enjoyed the coffee machine. They offered to take me home instead of waiting but since I'm at least 1/2 hour away I didn't take them up on it. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is because the locale, so not something they could change. Maybe a vending machine would have been nice, but there was popcorn available. I would have liked to walk to a plaza or restaurant but there is nothing near. Maybe could have had them drop me somewhere besides home. I was told the repair would take 2-2 1/2 hours and it was done promptly before 2 hours. Fredy also fixed a bothersome problem I'd had with my remote free of charge which was terrific. My car was washed and left tidy as if no work had been done. More
