2016 Mazda CX5, Excellent car buying expereince I was in market for new compact SUV. We went to this dealer to test drive the CX5. He was very helpful and professional through the entire process from the test drive all the way to purchase. I appreciate his follow-up call a week later to see how I was doing with the car. This really shows their commitment to service on the personal level. I brought back the car this weekend to have a roof rack installed. Freddy, Julie and the service team were great and had everything set so the process went as smooth as possible. They got us in-and-out quickly with a loaner vehicle while the car was being worked on and called us back within a couple hours with the finished car. She took a quote from another dealer that I was close to accepting and beat it with no questions asked. I couldn’t make it down the dealership for a few days because of work and obligations at home but Katrina kept in contact and was super quick and happy to answer any questions that I had. I was able to email Katrina a lot of the paperwork that needed to be done to make the whole process as efficient as possible. When I finally made it to the dealership my CX-5 was waiting out front, fully detailed and ready to go. I signed a few more documents and then went to the finance department which was a painless experience as well. Katrina then went over all the features of the CX-5 with me, gave me a voucher for 1 year of free maintenance, and I drove off a happy customer. I actually like it better then my VW sport wagon. It drives so smooth and gets 41 miles to the gallon. I highly recommend AJ, he was so helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. I've bought several new cars before and have never had the wonderful experience we had at Capistrano Mazda. When I'm ready for a new car I will for sure be going to Capistrano Mazda and purchasing a car from them. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Cathi Chaney More
