Thank you Fredy Campos I had a battery problem symbol show up on my dash. I though oh jeez, I need a new battery. I drove straight to the dealership and walked inside. I expected to buy a new battery right on the spot, but Fredy C. said "lets see" and asked for my key and my husbands key. He changed the battery in about 2 minutes and said go outside and see if the problem still exists?? Well he was right I just needed new batteries in my key fob, and no new battery, and he did it all with the sweetest smile! Again great service and that took a load off my mind and saved my wallet! My husband reached out to the dealer and worked with Jerry Aydemir and after going back and forth with a few he found us our car! He was very polite, thorough, and honest!
