He had the Oil changed tire rotation, they found issues and replaced a motor mount and the main drive belt. We also had his original exhust put on. The service advisor Alex was knowledgeable and helpful. She provided him a loaner car and communicated every step of the way. His car was ready the second day. He loves his car and it runs like new and Alex had it washed as well. Thank you More

She’s so genuine and it’s rare to find that at dealerships let alone with a whole team! Chris the finance manager was great to work with as well. He has a great sense of humor and enjoys what he does. I did not meet with the manager, however usually when a whole team is great, a lot of it comes by example from a manager. Thank you to Forouz and Chris to go above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely recommend anyone and everyone to this location when they are looking for Mazda. Can’t thank them enough! More

Not organized staff-but very friendly Your staff is extremely friendly. They greeted me when I arrived and knew who I was. They smiled, and made sure I was comfortable. People have great p Your staff is extremely friendly. They greeted me when I arrived and knew who I was. They smiled, and made sure I was comfortable. People have great personalities. When the rep came out to greet me I showed her the scratch on the side of my door. It had been documented by the sales associate that the car was purchased with scratches back in May 2018. Since this was my one year checkup, car only has 3,300, I came in for the oil change and check up in addition to have the scratches buffed out. The car was done under one hour. When I get to the car, scratches are still on the door. The same rep that first approached me said, "oh, is that documented by your sales person, who was the sales person." I again explained the issue, for second time. I had reminded her before to note the scratch situation. I guess she forgot. She immedialty got the tech to look at it. He explained what he was going to do. He took the car, took care of the scratch and came to get me. The car looked great. Then he noticed the car had to be washed again because there was too much wax on the car. Again, had to wait for the person to take the car and wash it. Car came back, it looked great and I drove away. I am not upset because the end result was good. People are nice, mean well but are not organized in what they are doing. The rep should have noted the scratch on the to do list for the techs and the tech should have looked at the condition of the car after he buffed it out. Minor...not a huge issue but not the first time my husband and I encountered issues with your staff not being on task and on point. The other thing is your oil change prices are high. If it wasnt a free oil change I would not have visited your dealership. Perhaps if you have better deals that compete with Pep boys and other places then I will return. More
