Great Service Took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. While I had it in, I wanted a diagnosis for a rubbing sound I was hearing from the driver's side of Took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. While I had it in, I wanted a diagnosis for a rubbing sound I was hearing from the driver's side of the front of the car when turning the steering wheel. They took the time to diagnose the sound, fixed the strut bearing under CPO warranty, and even performed a TSB that I didn't even know about. While this took multiple days, I had the use of a very nice Mazda 3 as a loaner. More

My experience I was disappointed about the attitude I received when I dropped my just purchased CX-5 off for an update in my Car play. I was told they couldn’t take I was disappointed about the attitude I received when I dropped my just purchased CX-5 off for an update in my Car play. I was told they couldn’t take me and I should come back with an appointment. I was told by my salesperson to just bring it in. I left it all day. I called at 4:30 to get an update. I was told it wouldn’t be ready till 5:30. I informed then I needed to pick it up at 5:00. When I got there it was done. This made me happy but I shouldn’t have had to find out when I got there. I think the service department needs to leave opening for warranty work drop offs. More
