Great Service! We have had nothing but a great experience with the Mazda Service. The only disappointment we have had is the ability to get Car Play. We we told It We have had nothing but a great experience with the Mazda Service. The only disappointment we have had is the ability to get Car Play. We we told It was a free upgrade for our new car once it became available, however this is not the case. It is now over $400 to get Car Play. This is disappointing. All of our other experiences with Mazda’s service has been above and beyond. More

Really Tried Hard to Fix It Usually when I've gone to the dealer for service I feel like there's a brick wall between the guy doing the work and the front desk. I had a strange n Usually when I've gone to the dealer for service I feel like there's a brick wall between the guy doing the work and the front desk. I had a strange noise coming from the engine that only reproduced under very specific acceleration conditions. I asked for the mechanic to go for test ride and they didn't hesitate or hassle me at all. Took quite a while, and they had the car and extra 2 days trying and trying to make sure they found the issue. Eventually, they called and said V-belt tensioner. Sure enough, they were right. Car runs quiet now and I feel like I went to the local guy I can actually talk to. Nice job Mazda. More

Exceptional Seervice We brought our car in for Routine Service and then learned Field Rodents had taken residence on the intake manifold. In addition they had begun chewin We brought our car in for Routine Service and then learned Field Rodents had taken residence on the intake manifold. In addition they had begun chewing on some of the wiring. The Service Tech was able to put everything back in proper order, repair the wiring and offer a solution to eliminate future trouble. We are very pleased with the care and attention given to our concerns! More
