The service team did a great job on my Camry. They did everything quickly and professionally. My engine light was on. Capistrano Toyota charged me $200 to tell me that my gas cap was not screwed on all the way. Seriously? I asked to speak to a manager and was told there are no managers onsite on Saturdays. I will never ever bring my car to Capistrano Toyota again. This is why dealerships have a bad name when it comes to service. What a disgrace. I literally just spent almost )600 here a few weeks ago on a service and brake pads I got a couple of free oil changes when my car was new. So I guess they have to try to make up for that by xxxxxxx every dime out of their customers. Shane on you. More
