Went in for an oil change and followed the advice of the service writer. I changed the brake fluid and bought new tires. I requested Toyo tires as that's what was installed by Toyota. I was told they were rated last in premium tires and should get Yokohama. We later discovered that was not a true statement. The multipoint inspection is a joke. My rear windshield wiper was ripped going in and no one said a word. They didn't even fill the washer fluid. I rarely leave a review unless it's superb service but this was so bad I made an exception. More
