If you can imagine that's pretty intimidating for anyone. First off, I'd walked into the showroom a few days before and talked to Ali about bringing her in and just to see what VW had these days. We arranged a time for me to come back with my mom and Ali was great about confirming the appointment before we came in but was never chasing me. Nice. Then I brought my mom in and we drove - he was very good with her and made her feel super comfortable and at ease. We were just beginning to look at cars and VW was our first stop but Ali was great at providing information, numbers and about following up, again without ever making anyone feel chased whatsoever. He is completely polite and a pleasure to work with. Highly suggest him. He knows his stuff! More

Ari G i had an excellent sales experience at VW Capistrano. I was in the market for a new vehicle. One of the car's I was considering was a Golf R. Ari Golji was the sales person who helped me. It was the best car shopping experience I ever had. There was no pressure on his part to sell me. He showed me the car's advanced features and enjoyed watching the thrill I got from testing them. He allowed the car to speak for itself but was knowledge about every feature. I was assured he was available to answer any and all of my operating questions no matter how many times was necessary. As someone who is not comfortable absorbing new technology, that was friendly and reassuring. I highly recommend the Capistrano VW dealership in all aspects with a special shout out to Ari Golji for doing his job so well. More

The Golf R is a tough car to come by, so I put a deposit down and knew I had a wait in store. Steve Skinner and the team (Nick Colucci & Miles Brandon) updated me along the way with any info they had. As the arrival date got closer random delays (caused by issues out of Capo VW's control) kept popping up they were updating me daily with whatever info they came across. They were definitely looking out for me and were as excited for me to get my car as I think I was. Paul Clark in finance was great too as he was able to get me a very low rate on my purchase. Overall I can't recommend this team enough, and the icing on the cake was they were one of the few dealers in all of Southern California that weren't charging mark ups on this hard to get car. Thanks Guys! More
